THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE CRITERIA OF THE JOB
SPECIFICATION INCLUDING:
* A primary degree (minimum NFQ Level 7) in community
development/social sciences or other related field
* A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience working in the community
development sector in a similar role.
* Relevant Community Development work experience in programme
development and delivery
* Experience of working with New Arrivals is desirable
* Fluent in English
* At least two years’ paid experience in a community
development/related field
* Experience of working with marginalised individuals and
communities
* Experience in delivering youth/family support.
* Experience in delivering employment/education supports.
* Interested and motivated to support new arrivals/new communities.
* Strong experience in developing and delivering programmes.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time position - working * hours per week.
Flexibility will be required, some weekends and evenings. The role is
a temporary fixed term contract until *st of
December *.
